Alyssa's First Rainbow
After a delicious Italian dinner in Old Town, we captured this beautiful rainbow (almost a double rainbow - can you see it?) on the way to our car! It was Alyssa's first rainbow!

We took a lunchtime trip to the local winery and had a picnic on the back deck! It was a beautiful day!

Chicago Bound..Almost
We were so excited to visit Aunt Jill, Uncle Chris, and cousins Nick and Ryan in Chicago! This is a picture from the shuttle bus from the airport parking lot to the airport. We arrived only to find our a short time later that our flight was CANCELLED! We were so sad to miss what would have been a wonderful time with our family. :-( We love you guys!

Easter Egg Hunt!
Alyssa went on an Easter Egg Hunt at her friend Quinn's Grandma's house! She came home with a ton of eggs, candy and toys!
Alyssa's 2nd Birthday
Alyssa turned TWO on April 28th, 2012! She had an Elmo-themed birthday party. Her friends and family came to celebrate! Uncle Tommy brought his guitar and sang songs, Grammie made Alyssa Elmo cake pops, and Nana got Alyssa a brand new slide!

Circus 2012
Sorry some of our posts are out of chronological order. We went to the Circus earlier this Spring with Grammie and Papa. Alyssa had the best time at her first circus!
Colonial Beach for Memorial Day!
We spent Memorial Day weekend in Colonial Beach, Virginia with Auntie Al and Uncle Tom. Alyssa played in the water ALL day long!

Jersey Shore!
One of our favorite places to vacation is Sea Isle, New Jersey. We spent a few days here in May and had the best time! We played on the beach, visited Cape May, the zoo, relaxed and ate some great fod! It was a wonderful, relaxing few days for the Nardi family.

Alyssa attended her FIRST Washington Nationals game earlier this year. She loved it. Most of all, she loved being with Papa and eating peanuts for the first time ever!
Big Girl Bed
Alyssa recently transitioned into a big girl bed! She is loves it! She has always been a great sleeper and adjusted very quickly to her new bed!

Alyssa - 2 Years Old!
Surprise! Yes, it's been forever since we've posted on our blog, but it's better late than never! We're going to make an effort to update the blog on a regular basis and keep our friends and family updated on The Chronicles of Nardia!
Mike and I both have new jobs this year. We're continuing to do a lot of work on our house with no end in site. And Alyssa is growing as fast as ever! She loves to sing her ABC's, count, dance, and is the happiest little girl we know! She is our joy!
